in datasheet, we stated max gain error of 1.5% with Vsense = -5mV to 5mV. If Vsense = -30mV to 30mV, does it change the gain error?

Hi Yee,
The error does not change, but it goes down as current goes up.
The reason the gain is specified at 5mV is because there is a small non linearity as the device approaches zero voltage and operates close to the rails. This is valid with any current amplifier/opamp, except those using a negative rail.

As you can see the largest portion of the error is close to zero.
The actual error in your application will depend where the majority of the current readings fall.
