TINA/Spice/INA282: What's the function of the internal capacitance of this chip(INA282)?

Part Number: INA282
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI,

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

Hi,

I want to know What's the function of the internal capacitance of this chip? Below is the diagram.

  • Hi user4215035,

Thanks for using our E2E forums! The INA282 uses a switched-capacitor input structure (standard switched capacitor integrator circuit). This allows the device to cope with a very wide input common mode voltage range. The device is also coupled with auto-zero amplifiers for low offset and drift.

We found some theory behind this structure in this document. Refer to Page 29 for theory and Page 32 for the implementation.

    Hope this helps!
