INA240-Q1: INA240-Q1 leak path when power is not supplied to Vs

Hi,

I would like you to confirm whether there is any concern in following condition.

* "Vs = 0" and "IN+/IN- = arround 60V"

According to datasheet, absolute maximum voltage for IN+/- are defined 90V, so there is no concern about damage for device.

However, I have one concern in this case. The concern is whether there is leak path in this case.

In case of INA225-Q1, there is leak path in similar condition (Vs = 0V and IN+/- = 14.4V). Please see following thread about detail.

So could you please confirm whether ther is any concern in above condition ?

We have some information about the leakage currents when the supply is powered off for the INA225 and the INA240. You can find this data in our application report Power-Saving Topologies for TI Current Shunt Monitors. Also, there is a plot in the data sheet of the input bias current vs common mode when supply = 0V. It is this one:
