Hello Ozawa,

The jitter error and INL (integral nonlinearity) should be built into the gain error and differential nonlinearity specifications we provide in the data. We provide some detail on our internal ADCs in our digital current sense devices here if you wish to read this: www.ti.com/.../sboa179.pdf
