    Hi Cem,

The /etc Amplifiers... & Other Linear e2e list concentrates primarily on amplifiers used in applications covering frequencies that are well below 2.4-2.5GHz. I searched the TI website and do find that TI has products intended for the 2.4GHz frequency range intended for RF and digital radio (Zigbee and low power RF), but not RF power amplifiers. TI primarily produces integrated circuits that are silicon, or silicon-germanium based. I do believe that many of the 2.4GHz power amplifiers are GaAs based.

A Google search on 2.4GHz RF amplifiers does provide an extensive list of sources. Possibly one of those sources can provide your needs.

    Hi Cem,

Please do list your request with TI's digital radio and RF forums. They should be able to better assist you with your 2.4GHz amplifier needs.

If you have any questions about TI Precision Analog products we will be happy to assist you. Good luck with your TI design contest entry.

    Regards, Thomas
