I am having a demo board for an instrumentation amplifier, INA826

My supply rails are +5V and 0 V

Would like to level shift the input voltage that swings from -1.5V to 1.5V to 0 to 5V at the ouput. Can anyone help me with the design using INA826. Also, I have purchased resistors of 1M and 2M for this build. Looking forward to your help.

Have TINA installed on my PC.

Hi Bharathi,

In order to map from -1.5V to 1.5V to 0 to 5V. The gain needs to be 5/3, which results RG=74.1Kohm.

The input 0V should be mapped to 2.5V @ output. So the REF pin should be 2.5V. You can use an Opamp to drive this pin.

Thanks Wei. Can you suggest an OPAMP that have REF pin. This sounds a elelgant solution. Am doing away with the INA

Hi,

Sorry. This is my 2nd question. Finding it hard to post it as my 2nd question.

Was able to locate the INA219A software but the source code is writtern is Visual Basic 6. Any pointers where I can get the code in VB .NET source code so I can edit and do chnages. Have VB express 2010 installed. Appreciate the help
