Driving stepper motor using uln2803

Hello! I have been trying to drive a stepper motor with the following specifications: 4V and 1.2A and 1.8 degrees per step with uln2803 but I am unable to actually rotate..that is turn it CW or CCW.. the motor just vibrated but the shaft does not rotate.

But on the table it vibrates with which the motor turns CW .

I would be very glad if my problem is solved.

Romin,

Even with two channel per phase that is 600mA per channel which is over 500mA recommended value.
Does the stepper motor have 5 or 6 wires (Uni-polar)?

What it motor supply voltage? Is COM pin connected to supply voltage?
What is input voltage levels?

Are you certain that input step sequence matches motor phase winding's?
Can you capture a output pin waveform?

The motor is myCom Motor model PS445-01A

It has 6 wires. And I had the correct pairs of wires based on the internal resistance check conclusion and also the data sheet specified so.

I assume that it is a Unipolar Motor, I am not sure.

The voltage specification is written as 4V

I have connected the COM pin to supply voltage

Romin,

The coil current is too high for just one ULN2803. I recommend using two in parallel.

Nevertheless. Use 5V for coil supply and logic input.

Connect both BRN to 5V and COM.

Connect other 4 wires to 2 outputs each.

Use logic to make this sequence. Start with slow step rate.
