TL974-Q1 Spec of VOH,VOL

Dear Sirs,

My Customer asked me that  specification of VOH, VOL on TL974-Q1.

In TL974-Q1 data sheet, conditions of VOH and VOL of value is not listed only 25 ℃.

Some in what will VOH VOL of value in other temperature conditions other than the 25 ℃ (Full range)?
Customer conditions of use are as follows.

Vcc=3.3V (Single End)

temperature conditions :-20℃~85℃

    Because you asked for VOH, I have to tell you how the TL794 works.

    The output is class A with a 'fixed' current source and active NPN sink.

    Therefore the most important data is VOL and IOH.

    Staying under IOH current wil give a good VOH otherwise VOH will be very poor.

    Here is TL794 circuit.

    VOL is the saturation voltage on NPN that can sink much current.

    Here is 2.7V and 5V data with 2k load (1.35 mA and 2.5 mA)

    IOH varies with VCC and temperature. I have 2.7V and 5V data.

    Don't expect a lot of IOH (VOH) drive. 

    The characterization data is not useful for me to tell VOH for light loads.

    Also know that input common mode range for 3.3V supply will not extended down to ground.
