Hello,

Our customer uses LMV324 for audio output of wireless equipment.
Some S/N bad devices were found in product line.

Non-defective product : 46dB
Defective product : Below 40dB(35dB-39dB）

Application : wireless equipment

The incidence is about 0.2%.
We considered a dispersion of the input-referred noise voltage is affecting.
However, it is only the provisions of the typ value.

Is it(below 40dB) a normal range?
If you think defective it,we want to request analysis to local sales.

Please provide the top marking symbolization from a failing device.
Photo is best, but text by line is fine.

I see that there is a lot of voltage gain in the application so device noise performance will be very important.

I confirmed top marking of LMV324IPWR.
It's following.

　51AG3 (or 51A63?)

---------------------------------

They can't take picture for the state of marking is bad.
The second column of marking was difficult to read.

51AG3 is correct.
I will check to see if there is a limit to noise in the test program.

Manabu-san,

There is no noise test in production. Therefore the noise on some units may be much noisier than normal.

I think noise are influenced by other some parameters.
So,please confirm following.

Is there the Offset and CMRR, Bias Current no difference compared with other IC?

Manabu,

Sometimes noise and VIO occur together. The relationship does not have a high correlation.
Having one doesn't greatly increase the odds for having the other.
