I bought a evaluation board of DRV2700 Piezo Driver, which is a new product. I haven't got it yet. But I found that this chip has a gain bandwidth product of 550KHz. My signal is used to drive a 200KHz ultrasonic piezo transducer. So, I am not sure whether this chip gonna fit my application. On page 5 of the datasheet, it says if gain is 11, Vout(pp) = 200V, the bandwidth is only 5 KHz. At this point, I don't think this chip gonna work for my application. By the way I need at least 150Vpp output. Can anyone verify my concerns please.
If this chip doesn't work for my application, what are the other ways to achieve my application.
