  First, apologies this went unanswered for so long.  Second, I'm having a hard time finding what BB3627 device you are trying to replace - I see a Pericom regulator device, but since you are also referencing the INA105, I'm guessing this is not what you are looking for.  The Burr-Brown 3627AM is probably what you are referring to, is that correct?  And unfortunately, I don't have a datasheet or any ref documents for that device, so it may take a few days to find something. 

  Are you looking for a drop-in replacement, or are you redesigning the circuit where this was previously used?  Please provide any relevant details such as power supplies, input/output signals, etc.
