LMV822MM/NOPB latch-up issue

Hello,

We are using the LMV822MM/NOPB amp in an analog phone circuit. When a phone line is plugged in, a very short, < 1usec, high freq pulse is generated and couples onto the 5v supply.  This pulse randomly causes the amp to latch-up and output 5v. The amp stays in this condition until the power is cycled.

We were using the LMV822DGKR and had no lock-up issue. When this part went EOL we replaced it with LMV822MM/NOPB.

To verify this problem we took a board with the MM amp that had the latch-up issue and replaced it with the DGKR. We plugged the phone line in numerous times and no latch-up.

Can you recommend a replacement amp that will not latch-up.
