TL072BCDR - Wrong output (~4V) when input is at ~0V.

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM358, TL072

Hello,

I am using part TL072BCDR in non-inverting configuration.

Output is tied to negative input directly, no feedback resistor.

Positive input is at ~0V, but the output goes to ~4V.

Positive rail is at +12V and negative rail is grounded.

Does anyone have any ideas what is the reason for this?

Thank you much!

Boc
