Does TI has any current mirror which is suitable for mirroring Photodetector currents from 10nA to 10mA?

I do not find any TI product that is designed for that purpose. The REF200 has an internal mirror, but it isn't specified for such a very wide current range. 10 nA approaches the leakage current levels of bipolar transistors, and 10 mA is in the range where thermal effects can become an issue.
Some LOG amplifiers can handle an input current range spanning 7, or 8 decades, but they are transimpedance amplifiers producing a voltage output, for a current input. The LOG114 is an example:
