Hi,

What is the output voltage swing range when the LT1013, LT1013A, LT1013D are operated at +-22V supply? Also what is the common-mode voltage range at this supply?  Does the slew rate change from a +-15V supply?  

What are the gain bandwidth products for these parts?

Also when using in the single mode what is the supply voltage range?  Can only the LT1013 be used in the single mode?

    +/-22V is the absolute maximum voltage; make sure there are no overshoots or variability in the supply voltage (that makes it larger).
    Slew rate should be slightly higher. Bandwidth is about 800 kHz, see figure 10 in data sheet.
    Common mode and output range scales with VCC; 22V is 7V more than 15V, so VOM and VICM are expanded by +/-7V.
    Yes it can be used single supply, for example +30V instead of +/-15V. Remember that VOM and VICM scale with VCC, so VOM and all get shifted up +15V.
