Hello,

The data for "Demagnetization cycle on command" on page 20 of the datasheet was taken at +25 degrees Celsius.

Dose "+25 degrees Celsius" mean Tj(junction temperature)?

Hello,

+25 degrees Celsius is the ambient air temperature.
