below schematics, if firstly add 20V without 15V_SEC power, this will damage TS321?
if TS321 has no any output when provide 20V and 15V_Sec at the same time, any possible rootcause? change new TS321, it works well.

TS321 tolerates input before VCC fine, however ESD protection is limited.
To attach a image file be sure to use rich formatting option.
Then select Insert/Edit File button.
Many file types are accepted. What image type did you try?

the other question for below circuit ts321 for differential amplifier.
Ts321 differential amplifier proportionality factor: K= V0_REF/10_GND= 47/220= 0.2136; but proportionality factor: K has a big deviation for different boards, about +/-3% deviation in my prototype;
My Board A with TS321-A is good factor K; Board B with TS321-B is not good factor K; I exchanged TS321 between board A and board B, result is board A with TS321-B is still good factor K and board B with TS321-A is not good. This seems this has nothing to do with TS321.
What’s wrong? Resistor precision? operatinal amplifier precision?
