LM675: LM675 output dramatically distorted

Part Number: LM675

I observed dramatic distortion on output of LM675. The circuit is a 11x gain noninverter amplifier (10k feedback and 1k gain resistor). The output is loaded with a 1ohm/0.22uF compensation network and a 4ohm load resistor. The input is a sine wave from function generator. The output I observed as below:

1. There are only some cross over distortion observed when input frequency is low:

2. Dramatic distortion occured once the frequency increased:

Why so significant distortion generated with such alow level signal (50mVpp input) and low frequency (50kHz)? How to improve?

Thank you,

John
