Logaan,

Does the short between pins 2 and 4 remain after the devices are removed for the board?
Was ICT the first electrical test?

Will Mouser Electronics accept the return samples?

Yes the short still remain and this failure were captured during ICT.

I have get back to Mouser and they have guide me to request online RMA to TI.

Please let me know what else information needed to speed up this FA request.
