OPA564: TSENSE pin

This device has TSENSE pin for use with TMP411 as it is mentioned on datasheet.

Can we leave this pin open if it is not used?

Hamamoto-san,

The OPA564 thermal pins, TFLAG and TSENSE, can be left open if the functions are not required for the application. Most the application circuits shown in the OPA564 datasheet do not use them.
