LF356: Reference Board availability

I am looking for a reference board for the circuit example shown in figure-6 of page-8 in AN-272 Op Amp Booster Designs (application note). Kindly provide me a link to purchase this reference board ASAP.

Hello,

It looks like the AN-272 application note was originally published in 1981. It is very unlikely that the original PCBs for these designs are still available. We recommend creating a PCB for your design. For a quick prototype you can put the PDIP package of the device down onto a proto PCB. Be careful working with these voltage levels and follow all of the recommendations in the app note.
