LM7321: Input Protection

Hello,

We have a customer who would like to find out if LM7321 amplifier has input protection diodes to power supplies and what is their current rating?

I am not seeing any references in the datasheet. Could someone please look in to this?

Gabriel,

Input pins in AMR table (section 7.1) are limited to 800mV beyond V- and V+ . Therefore there should be a ESD diode path to V- and V+ . Generally 10mA is considered safe; however it is best to limit current to less than 1mA.

I verified diode to both V+ and V-.
