TLV271-Q1: TLV271/TLV274 About FMEA (open short) test data

We do not have a pin FMEA document availalbe for the TLV27x-Q1 devices and will need to create one which will take 1-2 weeks based on current loading.  Would you please provide a direct e-mail address we can send you the document once it's ready?

Only a few TI parts have this type of FMEA performed and the TLV271-Q1 isn't one that appears to have gone through that process. My apologies,
