Thank you for your information.
I understood that aged deterioration of Vos can be obtained by the result of the long-term reliability test.
I want to see the results data of the exam. (Similar products of TLV 274 are also OK.)

Hi Kenji,

The E2E posts I linked show how you can estimate aging effects on the device and what you can expect as far as the datasheet value over time. We don't have any long term test results to share.
