Differential input, rail to rail output, single power supply 0-5V are required. The input signal is 0.2-1V, the output signal is 0-3.3V, and the package is as small as possible. The aim is to replace AD620.

    Hi Meng,

    The best solution is going to be the INA828. This device has swing to the rails within 150mV and can operate with a 5V supply. It is offered in an SOIC package.

    You haven't specified what the input common-mode range is, but this will heavily influence whether you need a negative supply voltage and where you should set your reference voltage. You may require an additional stage after the INA828 to properly scale everything.
