TINA/Spice/OPA2347: SPICE model problem

Part Number: OPA2347
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI, TLV9002,

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

The SPICE model seems to be incorrect when doing a transient analysis. The S/R is way too small - around 10mV/microsecond in a unity-gain configuration. This aplies for the TINA-spice tool as well as other SPICE simulators. Measuring on a real-life unit gives the correct S/R - >0.17V/microsecond. The SPICE-model is version 1.0 fetched from the TI-website yesterday.
