Part Number: INA230
Referring to the figure below of DATASHEET, if BUS Input is connected at the back of SHUNT Register,Can you know the voltage, current, and supplied power to the load after the SHUNT?I checked the contents of DATASHEET, but please give us your confirmation.
Also check the below schematic whether there's any other problem.

Yes. As I mentioned here if the BUS pin is connected on the load side of your shunt resistor, then device will measure this voltage to ground, which is the voltage of your load. The INA230 takes this value and multiplies it with the calculated current to get the power delivered to load.
