LM6142: MIL SPEC Version

Part Number: LM6142

This part is no linger offered in a MIL SPEC version.  What is the recommended MIL SPEC replacement?

  • Hi Scott,

Thanks for your interest in our part. I am looping in the HiRel team for the military specs related questions.

    Thanks for your time.

    Regards,

    -Mamadou

    Scott,
This parametric tool will show you all the amplifiers. You can change filters to help you narrow down a device that will meet your needs as a replacement.

  • In reply to Wade Vonbergen:

Yes I have already searched the table. Poor results. I was hoping an "applications engineer" could give me a close sub, but that service may not exist any more.
  • In reply to Scott McKechnie:

The engineer that normally supports these products is out of office until the 23rd.
I will see if we can get someone to take a look at this to see if there are any close matches and reply back to you.
    Regards,
    Wade
  • In reply to Wade Vonbergen:

The LM6211 (oderable LM6211MF/NOPB) appears to have similar performance at first glance, although it is not a dual amplifier.

    Hello Scott,

I am not sure if your question was fully answered.   The best part to replace the LM6142 would depend upon what is critical to your application...whether it is rail to rail operation, voltage range, speed, package or something else.

Probably the best match is the TLV2252AM, but we have a number of different options.
