Hi Team
I'm facing a USB communication problem shows below on customer side. I can find USB device on computer and have 3 LED turned on but connect DIG board. Another thing I found is that I can connect the board on my computer but my costomer can't. We tried serveral computers and reinstalled the software but the issue still there. I also tried other solutions mentioned in other blogs in this forum.
Do you have any suggestion for me to fix this issue.
