AMC1300: Estimation minimum value of R for RC filter

Hi team,

AMC1300B is connected ADC via RC filter, the customer wants to know the minimum value of R for not being self oscillation.
The customer also wants to know about AMC1302 and AMC1311B.

Hi Ogasawara-san,

The www.ti.com/.../analog-engineer-calc tool is a great place to start for this particular question with regards to interfacing the AMC1300 to an analog to digital converter. Please do take a look at that and let us know if you have any specific questions on how to configure the various calculators associated with the tool.

Hi Tom,

The customer wants know the minimum R value for AMC1300B not to self-oscillate. I think the R value is affected by AMC1300B output.

I would say a minimum resistance of 50R each seems to be appropriate.

Sorry I don't understand what means 50R well.
Is 50 R a 50 Ohm?

yes, I mean 50 Ohm each.

I prefer the "R" instead of "Ohm" because the "O" in "Ohm" looks like a zero... :-)
