OPA2373: Enable turnon time

Part Number: OPA2373

Hi,

What is the maximum value of the enable Turnon time of the OPA2373?
I would like to know the approximate maximum value at 0 - 60 ° C.

Best regards,
Seishin

  • Hi Seishin-san,

I will take this data in the lab and get back to you. It will be for a sample part and not a guaranteed maximum, but I should at least be able to get you an idea. Please allow me until next week, I need to get some parts.

From previous parts we've seen about 25% variation over the temperature range for this spec.

    Thank you,
    Paul
  • Hi Seishin-san,

My apologies for the delay - I still have not received the parts but I expect them to arrive this week. Once I have the parts I will be able to collect your data quickly.

    Thank you,
    Paul
  • Hi Paul,

Thank you for considering this request.
We shall wait for you reply. We appreciate your kind support.

    Best regards
    Seishin
  • Hi Seishin-san,

After a long delay, the parts have finally shipped so my guess is that I will have data for you next Monday.

    Thank you,
    Paul
  • Hi Seishin-san,

The devices came quickly, so I was able to test today. In the example I have, I tested a with a gain of 1, +/-2.5V supplies and a 10kOhm load. Here are the enable times at the temperatures I recorded:

    83 Deg C = 9.16us
    60 Deg C = 9.32us
    27 Deg C = 9.64us
    0 Deg C = 10.24us
    -27 Deg C = 10.8us

The datasheet shows a typical value of 12us for enable turn-on and we won't be able to provide a maximum. However, from this data it is safe to say that the enable turn-on time won't change dramatically over a broad temperature range. The difference from 83 degrees to -27 degrees is about 15%.

    Hope that helps,
    Paul
  • Hi Paul-san,

Thank you for measuring the sample.
We will make reference to the design of our customers.

    Best regards,
