Hi,

I derive differential square wave in 6Ghz, at the input of the amplifier I get an 50-55 psec EYE width, and at the output of the Amplifier I get very closed EYE.

When I try to use sinus clock pattern I get a very good EYE opening.

I want to use the amplifier as a buffer without gain. I try to use the resistors values as in the spec.

what combination of resistors I should use to get Av=1 and steel not hurting the EYE opening?

  • Hi Or and welcome to E2E,

    I recommend following the circuit on the front page of the datasheet. Also, the power rails need to be symmetrical around the common mode input required by your ADC. Are you able to provide a circuit schematic?

    The output common mode is set by the Vcm pin to be 300mV. At the output I get around 100-120mV
