P2 pin2 input 20mA ..But if U2A is TLC2272C , PA2 output is 0.85V. If U2A is LMC6482,PA2 output is 0.15V. Why?

Hi,

which direction has the input current? Without bipolar supply voltage your circuit can only handle input currents which are flowing out of pin 2 of P2, from your circuit to the current source.

Take also care that due to the feedback loop of U2A pin 2 of U2A is on virtual ground. This can be problematic, if your circuit is driven by a voltage source. What exactly is driving the input of your circuit?

pin 2 of P2 is current constant current source.

and which is the direction of current flow? Into the shown circuit (from the left to the right)? Or out of the shown circuit (from the right to the left)?

The shown circuit will only work with a current flowing out of the shown circuit (from the right to the left)!

Can you show a schematic of your constant current source?
