Hi team.

I simulated using the model from TI website , but the result waveform was terrible.

I read this E2E(https://e2e.ti.com/support/amplifiers/f/14/p/663005/2440096?tisearch=e2e-sitesearch&keymatch=ths4521%20model#2440096).

If you fixed the model from TI web, could you share new TINA model ?

If you have not yet it, can I substitute [THS4551] ?

    The THS4521 RTM model from 2009 had a lot of problems with it.

    The recent July 2016 update apparently did not get tested thoroughly

    In parallel, the THS4551 was developed to fix a number of performance issues with the THS4521 and is intended as both a physical and model upgrade. I worked quite a bit on this model to ensure accurate phase margin prediction - It is much better model and device and should be preferred over the THS4521.
