OPA333-Q1: Request for any data about max offset voltage against temperature

Hello all,

I would like to get any ideas about max parameter of offset voltage against temperature of OPA333-Q1. Do you have any information? The datasheet only indicates typical parameter of 0.5uV/degC.

Hello RYO

Looking at the distribution of the TCVos, you'll see that the histogram tapers off at 0.0375uV, you can use 0.05uV/C as the maximum (worst case) which matches the OPA333 (commercial grade).

Hi Soufiane,

Thank you for your reply. Is current datasheet for OPA333-Q1 shows the offset voltage drift vs temp of 0.5uV/degC. Is this typo?

Yes, it is. This device has the same specifications as the commercial grade.
