How to make transistor switching time equal

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TS5A22366, TINA-TI, TLV7011

Dear Team,

I am designing a circuit which will modulate 2.8V DC signal w.r.t to a data signal. This is accomplished by an opamp (non inverting configuration) and a transistoe as switch.

My I/P data signal is of 50Khz frequency. What I observed is my output duty cycle is different from 50Khz.I suspect this is due to the unequal switching times of transistor.

Could you please tell me how to achieve ouput frequency same as i/p frequency.

Please find the attached TINA File

Regards

Hari
