Hi team,

I have a question about AMC1301-Q1 TINA-TI spice model on TI.com

Does it cover operating temp range simulation?

I measured Vos by shoring input and the output voltage got -530uV/

Vos should be -530uV/8.2 = -65uV which is close to the typical datasheet spec of 50uV.

Hi Shinji,

The AMC1301 TINA model does not include thermal drift parameters.

I would like to double check the -530uV on output when input is shorted is the result of the typical Vos, correct?

530uV/8.2=65uV initial offset.

I would like to know if this model has initial offset of -65uV.

Hi Tsuji-san,

From the datasheet, you can see that typical offset voltage is +/-50uV with a max/min of +/-200uV. An initial offset of -65uV is within these limits.

-65uV is the simulation result using AMC1301-Q1 TINA-Spice model on TI.com.

Is this the initial and typical Vos of this model?

I just would like to confirm if this model is design to have -65uV of Vos as typical.

Hi Tsuji-san,

Yes, this offset is typical for the model.
