Hi,

How should I consider the temperature characteristics of gain in open loop?
Could you let me know if there is a way to estimate.

    Hi Yuto,

       I would highly recommend using the BUF643A instead; since, it is a direct upgrade to the BUF634. In Figure 2 for both device datasheets, you will find Gain and Phase vs Frequency vs Temperature (junction temperature of -40C, 25C, and 125C).
