Hi,
why not running a TINA-TI simulation? The "LMH7220 TINA-TI reference design" can be found here:

My complete circuit a bit complex so i need spice model of LMH7220 and thanks for LMV7219 simulation.
We have been working on the development of the LMH7220 model.
I will see if we can provide a preliminary version for you to use.
Chuck
Hi Kai,
We can provide you with a preliminary model by the end of the week.
Sally
Hi Kai,
Could you tell your email so I can send the zip file of the spice circuit over to you?
Thanks,
Sally
My email is true : ozan.dusmezer@gmail.com, you can also try to send "ogdusmezer@aselsan.com.tr" mail.

Just to clarify, are you asking for a spice version of the model to run on a different simulation tool?
Were you able to test the model that Sally provided last month?
Chuck
Hi,
I am a different person. I never received any spice models. Can you please send any example TINA simulation file for LMH7220.
Thanks
Hi Srikanth,
I can send you the pspice model for the LMH7220, but I had some errors with getting it working with TINA. If you would accept the pspice model for now, you can use the file and I will email you soon with the updated pspice and TINA file. I am hoping it will be ready by early next week. Please leave your email in the next post.
Thanks,
Sally
I am closing this ticket because I am sending the file offline.
Can you please provide an alternative email? I was not able to deliver the email because your email provider rejected it.
