I assume you are looking for a low noise transimpedance amplifier (TIA) for "MEMS Gyroscope for Capacitive Sensing". I am not familiar with the requirements in this application and will need you to descibe the characteristics you are looking for and provide and diagram if possible.
That said, TI does have a number of op amps often used for TIA applications. The OPA656 and OPA657 are high speed JFET input op amps that are excellent for very high TIA gain (> 100k ohm) applications. The OPA843, OPA846, and OPA847 are often used for lower TIA gains with even wider bandwidth. There are other TIA devices like the OPA380. These parts all have very good TIA applications information in their data sheets. Please refer to them for more information.
