Hello:

I'm looking to use the THS4131IDGN device on a project in a high-rel type of environment.  I need to know the part's thermal resistance junction to board.

Can you help me out with feedback on this?  I don't see this information the device data sheet.

Any feedback or input is welcomed and appreciated!

Thanks again!

Paul

As with the OPA1632, I haven't found ΘJB for this package yet, but will continue to look and let you know.
