I would like to convert the photodiode current to voltage
Photo diode input current Dynamic range (10uA- 5000uA) & the pulse width is 1nS with pulse repetition rate 10Mhz.
As per this I think the LOG amplifier may help me to accomadate the 27dB Dynamic range.
Since the input having very narrow pulse width the normal LOG amplifier chipa are not able to give the required output pulse.
So finally reached to discrete design using high speed opamp.
Can I get the required output with by using the high speed opaamp?
