Design spike detector using opa2694

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA2694

Hello,

I've decided to use opa2694 for my spike detection application. The application is exactly to detect spike coming in a constant DC.The base voltage which will be constant DC will be in the range 5-7V. There would be a spike of around 20-100mV in our application.I've a filter to filter out spikes and give base DC and now I want to get the spike amplified by subtracting the unfiltered output containing spikes and the filtered constant DC voltage.

How could I subtract these two signals?

I need help with the schematic.
