Hi,
I am trying to build a Transimpedance amplifier for a Blue enhanced photodiode (Cj=2000 pf@ Vr=0) that will be able to detect a as much as 2 Mhz signal from a high power Blue LED. any suggestion which IC should I choose?
Thanks

Hello,
It is hard to make a good suggestion without more details, but we have a good selector guide for our transimpedance amplifiers on the web site. Something like the LMH6624 might be a good start.
