I checked our package database and I could not find those parameters for this part. Are you using the DRW package?

Hello Koji-san,
The units are in Degrees C per Watt for all of the Theta numbers.
I am not familiar with the Psi units, but they should be in Degrees C per watt as well. Unfortunately the report from the modeling group had no units.
