CLC400AJP MARKING DECODING

Hi,

I have an old NATIONAL CLC400AJP  MDIP device.I am trying to de-code the datecode. The first line marking is

[NSC logo] 1M 25AC as per available docs I am assuming this a 2002 device produced in the 5th week .Is it correct also I could not decode "1M" and the "AC"  can you please help me out. I am attaching the top view of the devices.

Thanks.

  • Hello Antony,

I believe the 1M refers to the factory of manufacture and the AC is a wafer code that links the part to a particular wafer lot. Since the merger we have lost some of the online tools that help us decode the older NSC parts.

    Regards,
