The way you have terminated the output of LMH6552 with 100 ohms source filter followed by an L section is fine. The comment in the datasheet regarding 2x125ohms after the LMH6552 to drive an overall capacitance which includes the 2.2pF + 8pF (input capacitance of the ADC) = 10.2pF is to generate a 60MHz anti-aliasing filter.
I have attached a TINA-TI simulation of your system in which the approximate ADC input capacitance I have assumed is 8pF with 2pF external capacitance (cap C3). Also, one more thing I wanted to point out is that the Vcm pin needs to be driven externally using a low-impedance source. As you are using a +/- 5V split supply I would tie that to ground.
