THS40xx op-amps, DGN package, voltage rating of GND paddle to +V or -V?

For the THS40xx series op-amps, in the DGN package with thermal "paddle":
The data sheet does not specify any working voltage rating from the GND paddle to the -V or +V supplies.
Clearly, they can tolerate -V at -15V, but what is typical breakdown voltage for this isolation barrier?
Also, is it useful for both -V and +V isolation? I am thinking of other applications.
Thank you.
  • Hello,
I assume you are using bipolar supplies, i.e +/- x Volts. You want to keep the voltage under that max. rating of +/- 16V as per the datasheet. The breakdown will occur in the active circuitry prior to the dielectric barrier to the substrate breaking down. Can you please provide an example of the numbers you plan to use in the application.
    Thanks,Samir
