Hi All,

Could you please share the NF(Noise Figure) for LMH6502 and LMH6505?
My customer wants to compare a NF based performance between TI and competitors.

Hi Toshi,

Here is a couple of plots of Noise Figure for the LMH6502 and the LMH6505:

Note that I used the existing datasheet output noise plots which are limited to Max, Mid, and No-gain (so the data points at varying Gain are spares). At close to no_gain (complete cutoff), Noise Figure starts increasing rapidly and I've cut-off the x-axis so you won't see below 2V/V gain).

Hi Toshi,
I've edited the Noise Figure vs. Frequency plots (on the right) with correct notes to show mid-gain value (~4.5 V/V) when VG= 1V.
