So yeah, as the subject states I need to find a precision RF phase limiter amp, looking for a replacement for an SL532 low phase limiter amp. It does not need to be a drop in replacement, just anything that has the same basic parameters of the SL532. That is, ~100MHz frequency, 1 degree phase change; upper and lower frequency limits are not vital just as long as it covers around the 100 MHz range, and again IC package does not matter.
